CFAH2004A-YYH-JT Parallel Character LCD 20 characters wide x 4 lines, RoHS Compliant, Yellow/Green LED Backlight, STN Positive, Yellow/Green, Transflective -20°C - +70°C This is the same LCD that we use to build our Serial LCD 20x4, but sold without the serial driver board. It takes a minimum of 6 pins to drive this display (as opposed to 1 pin for the serial model). It is fully compatible with PBP's LCDOUT command.
